About Karate

Karate has in modern times been changed to include the notion that a person is never separate from what they do. Since that realization karate has become Karate-dō, dō in this context means "the way."

Therefore, Karate-dō has far reaching implications into more than empty handed combat. It is also a big part of a quality of life, honesty, and achievement.
